Zola Nkansah

Zola is our not-so-secret ingredient when it comes to dumpling preparation. Born and raised in Mongolia, she has been perfecting her dumpling recipes and concepts for over 2 decades, keeping her friends and family satisfied for years. What started as a way to feed her family during busy weeknights quickly evolved into an opportunity to serve the local community and provide a new perspective about Mongolia and its culture.
